Resource Support Services

It is designed to preserve, stabilize, and strengthen foster family placement while promoting the well-being of children, youth, and families. Our home-based case -to-workers offer face to face services tailored to each family's needs, including home visits, service coordination, conflict management, crisis support, parent education, and trauma-informed guidance.  We provide timely interventions for families 

Support Groups for Resource Families

Our support groups strengthen and empower foster and resource families.  These groups provide a safe space for families to share experiences, gain insight, and build supportive relationships with peers and professionals. Our program focuses on enhancing placement stability, promoting collaboration between foster families, family awe manager, and foster care specialist, and encouraging families to care for special needs children and older youth.

We aim to improve retention of current licensed foster parents and develop an environment where foster families believe they are being heard.
