Home-Based Casework

This service focuses on family preservation, reunification, and stability. Our dedicated caseworkers support families by identifying barriers, connecting them to community resources, and teaching essential life skills.  Focusing on the factors that may or may not be barriers to getting children home or keeping them safe in the home.  Every case plan is personalized, strength-based, and designed to empower families towards long-term success and independence.
